The auction calendar

The sports card sales closing from October to December 2026: the date each one closes, the date the house stops taking consignments for it, and what it adds on top of the hammer. Every date is read on the house’s own site.

Reading the calendar

Closes is the date bidding ends. A + means the house runs extended bidding, so a contested lot can run past it.

Consign by is the last day the house says it will take material for that sale. “Not stated” means the house does not publish one, not that there isn’t one.

Buyer’s premium is added to the winning bid. Every house’s premium, with a calculator →

An * marks a premium the house does not publish; the figure is our own, and the fee page explains how it was reached.

Not yet posted by the house, so not on this page: Alt, Christie's, Fanatics Collect, Memory Lane, Sotheby's, Wheatland Auction Services. They are checked again every week.

Add these dates to your own calendar (it updates itself) · What each house charges a seller, and who to call → · Every house, side by side →

Two pairs that are one company

Huggins & Scott and Robert Edward Auctions are the same company. Huggins & Scott names Robert Edward Auctions as its parent on its own consignment page.

Lelands and Clean Sweep Auctions are one company. They merged and are run under the same chief executive, as Collectors First Auction Group.

Asking both halves of one company is not a second opinion.

Where these dates come from

Every date here was read on the house’s own schedule or catalog page, or given to us directly by the house, and each is checked again at least every six weeks — most recently on Sep 28. Houses move dates; if you find one out of date, tell us at support@theheirloomindex.com.

Listed by date and nothing else. No house pays to appear here, there are no affiliate links on this page, and nothing here is a view on what any card is worth. We also buy cards ourselves; that has no bearing on this page.
