Give the print. Let them choose the card.
You know they collect. You do not know which card they would want on the wall, and you would rather not guess. A certificate is for exactly that: they pick the card, we make the print, and the surprise is still yours.
You are the giver. Checkout asks for your name and email, and then who the certificate is for. The certificate is emailed to you within two business days, with their name on it and a certificate number. You hand it over, print it, or forward the email. They choose the card when they are ready.

How it works
- You buy the certificate with your own name and email. Checkout asks who it is for and, if you like, a line from you.
- We email you the certificate within two business days: a printable page with their name on it, your line, and a certificate number. Nothing is sent to them unless you send it.
- You give it. Print it and put it in a card, or forward the email.
- They choose the card at theheirloomindex.com/redeem (the address is on the certificate), whenever they are ready. We write back within two business days, ask for a photograph or the certificate number on the slab, and make the print.
Certificates do not expire and have no cash value. If they would rather have the other product, we will sort the difference by email — nobody is held to the wrong choice.
Have a certificate? Choose the card
Tell us the certificate number and the card. If the card is graded, the certificate number on the slab is enough — we will look up the rest.
We reply personally, usually within two working days.
