Travis Kelce's 2013 Topps Chrome rookie, #118, shows him in a T-shirt, pulling in a football with his mouth wide open.
Topps Chrome had 220 cards that year, 111 veterans and 109 rookies, one rookie to every pack, and was released in November 2013. There were rookie photo variations at about one in 340 packs, and parallels from the Refractor, about one in three packs, through colors and camouflage to a SuperFractor of one. Topps lost the football license a few years later.
It is a studio picture, not a game photograph. He wears a navy T-shirt with a stars-and-stripes logo and grabs an NFL ball with both hands, his eyes wide and his mouth open in mock surprise. The Chiefs' arrowhead sits at the bottom inside a red and gold frame over his name, and the RC logo is at the lower right.

Kansas City had drafted him in the third round that April, 63rd overall, out of Cincinnati. He played one game as a rookie, a snap on special teams, and was on injured reserve by the time the card came out.
He went on to three Super Bowl wins and, in 2020, 1,416 receiving yards, the most ever by a tight end in a season.
