Luka Dončić's National Treasures Rookie Patch Autograph, #127, is numbered to 99, with a jumbo patch.

It came out on April 26, 2019, as his rookie season closed and two months before he was named Rookie of the Year. A box held a single pack of ten cards: eight autographs or memorabilia, one base card or parallel, and one printing plate. The Rookie Patch Autographs run #101 through #150, each to 99, with a horizontal version numbered to 49. Beckett calls it his only rookie card with a jumbo patch.

NATIONAL TREASURES is spaced across the top. Most of the front is a large gray swatch of jersey with a stripe of blue and white along one edge, set in a dark, shield-shaped window over a band of Mavericks blue. At the right he rises for a jump shot in blue, number 77, the ball just leaving his hands. His signature, Luka, runs in blue below, with the serial 86/99 beside it and LUKA DONČIĆ, DALLAS MAVERICKS, at the foot.

Most of the front is his jersey.

A year before, at nineteen, he had been the EuroLeague's MVP and the Final Four MVP with Real Madrid.
