The #149 is the Yellow Ruth's near-twin — the same portrait, now on red. Collectors call it the Red Ruth, and place it a half-step behind the #53 for scarcity.
Choosing between the two comes down to taste. Ask a room of collectors which they prefer and the answers split; both are the same likeness, changed only by the color at his back.
