Victor Wembanyama's Bowman University Chrome autograph, #101, is marked 1st Bowman and shows him with Metropolitans 92 in France.
The product came out on June 2, 2023, weeks before San Antonio drafted him first overall. The base set had 100 cards; he was added at the end as #101, and the Chrome Prospect Autographs ran to #102, with Scoot Henderson after him. His autograph shipped as a redemption. Above it came Refractors to 499, then Green, Yellow, Gold, Orange and Red, and a Superfractor of one that, at the end of 2024, had still not been found.
He rises for a jump shot in the white uniform of Metropolitans 92, number 1, the ball above his head, a white sleeve on his shooting arm. 1ST BOWMAN sits at the upper right. His signature crosses a white band in blue over TOPPS CERTIFIED AUTOGRAPH ISSUE, with the club's crest below and his name and power forward at the foot.
The last card of him before he was a Spur.
CGC calls it his first signed card in any series. A Bowman University Inception autograph had reached packs a couple of weeks earlier.
